Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

We’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

At this time we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash. If you have insurance, we may be considered out of network and can discuss insurance at the time of intake.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We dedicate our time to serving our clients, so if you need to cancel or change your appointment you can do this by logging in to your client portal, by the text reminders we send our clients (unless the client disables this feature), or you can call our office. So, should you need to change or cancel your appointment you must provide at least 24-hour notice to avoid being charged a $125 late cancelation fee. This allows us to open that appointment time to other clients. We appreciate your anticipated support for this request.

PAST DUE BALANCE LATE FEE

It is our policy to have payment in full at the time of service. All balances must be paid in full before your next session (co-pays, coinsurance and/or deductibles). If there is an outstanding balance, your session may be canceled until the account is brought current. If the balance is not paid within 30 days, the account will be sent to collections and begin to accrue a late fee of $45 each month until paid in full.
