Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

We’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

At this time we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash. If you have insurance, we may be considered out of network and can discuss insurance at the time of intake.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once your appointment is scheduled, if you need to change or cancel your appointment you must provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged a $125 cancellation fee. We dedicate our time to serving our clients so if you need to cancel or change this allows us to open that appointment time to other clients. We appreciate your anticipated support for this request.

PAST DUE BALANCE LATE FEE

Services are expected to be paid at the time of services. However, we understand insurance can take up to 30 days or more and coinsurance and/or deductibles may cause a balance on your account. It is our policy to have payment in full within 30 days. If the balance is not paid, the account will begin to accrue a late fee of $45 each month the balance is not paid in full.
